What is your Return Policy?

At Venture Beyond, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@venturebeyond.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The Wallace GROWERS Greenhouse Package is designed for growers looking for a professional structure to grow their crops of choice in an ideal controlled environment.

The 2" x 2" galvanized steel frame with pre-welded stanchions and commercial graded 8mm twin wall corrugated covering (walls and roof) are the same specifications used in commercial products in the market today. The walls and roof are warranted for 10 years and have a 15-20 year life expectancy. The walls of the Wallace are 8 ft. tall with a center peak of 11.5 ft. for optimal air circulation and greater inner height.

The design of GROWER greenhouses requires attention to details that are different from that of hobby or commercial greenhouses. The design differences include the UNIQUE AND UPGRADED 8MM TWIN WALL POLYCARBONATE WITH THE LIGHT DIFFUSING FEATURE. This allows more light to be captured and used in the growing process, saving energy needed for a lighting system. A lighting system will still be required for certain crops that require up to 18 hours of light a day. Also included is a secure environment that can be locked when not in use, built to last construction that will provide many years of use, all within a climate controlled environment that is thermostatically controlled.

Our line is comprehensive in nature. We offer our customers the ability to choose from 8 sizes and designs for your specific needs. We understand the process and have simplified it for the consumer in complete package format at a budget price for a quality greenhouse. The snow load on this RSI Educational Greenhouse is standard at 10 lbs/sq ft. The wind load is designed for 90 mph.

The Educational Greenhouses are customizable and can be made to meet any local ordinances required to gain permitting. This is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify your retailer as to the requirements PRIOR to ordering as there might be additional costs associated if local requirements vary. Signed and sealed drawings are included in the cost of the greenhouse. They are based on your local municipalities requirements and will need to be supplied and confirmed by the purchaser. Riverstone is not responsible for building a greenhouse that does not meet local ordinances from the building department. Please reach out to Riverstone with any questions.

All our GROWER Greenhouses come with a full assembly manual and our team is here to walk you through all steps of in the construction process as needed.

THIS GREENHOUSE IS COMMERCIAL IN NATURE THAT IS DELIVERED ON A COMMERCIAL TRUCK AND WILL NEED TO BE UNLOADED AND ASSEMBLED BY PROFESSIONALS. THIS IS NOT A DIY PROJECT GREENHOUSE. THE GREENHOUSE REQUIRES A WATER LINE AND ELECTRICAL LINE TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THIS PRODUCT ONCE ORDERED.
