Description

The Fire Magic EL500i-4Z1E Built-In Electric Grill provides precise temperature control and durable construction for high-performance cooking where gas or charcoal is not feasible. This 30-inch model uses dual independent heating zones managed by glass-touch digital thermostats. Each side adjusts from 200 °F to 700 °F for searing, roasting, or lower-heat applications. Bluetooth connectivity supports the Fire Magic Connect app for temperature and timer monitoring.

Fabricated from 304 stainless steel, the grill includes stainless heating elements, interior lighting, a removable drip tray with liners, and meat probe ports. The primary surface measures 30" × 16" (480 sq in) with an additional 30" × 5" warming rack (150 sq in) for a total of 630 sq in. Power is 6,000 W at 240 VAC on a dedicated 30 A GFCI-protected circuit. Installation requires a 33" W × 17½" D × 7¼" H cut-out.
