What is your Return Policy?
At Venture Beyond, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@venturebeyond.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Designed with advanced technology and user-friendly features, this waterless, urine-diverting toilet offers a seamless and hygienic experience, perfect for off-grid, vacation homes, or residential settings. Its sleek design ensures an odor-free and environmentally friendly solution, with a strong 12V fan capable of handling installations up to 6 meters long with up to three 90° bends.
Operable with 110-240V AC or 12V DC solar cell/battery power, the Separett Villa is ideal for on-grid or off-grid living. The fan's low energy consumption (0.06 kWh/24h) makes it suitable for battery or solar operation. Its simplicity and unlimited capacity provide a comfortable and hassle-free toilet visit, reducing both the smell and volume of waste through efficient urine separation.

Designed with Urine-diverting technology, the Separett Villa is able to achieve the best conditions to enhance the composting process. By separating solid and liquid waste you get less composting time, reduced odor, and less waste volume.
High Capacity Composting Toilet
Even with alternating and continuous use, the Separett Villa is sure to meet your Toilet Needs. With its High Capacity, the Villa is suitable for both leisure and permanent living. To give you a better picture, the Villa can accommodate a home with five people and you will only need to empty the container every 4 to 6 weeks.
For more capacity, an extended version of the villa is also available, The Separett Villa Extend, comes with a funnel that you can lead to an external chamber underneath the floor for solid waste.

Can you Extend the Separett Villa's Ventilation Pipe
Yes, you can. You can extend it up to 20ft of ventilation piping and three 90-degree bends.
Do you need a Fresh Air Valve for the Separett Villa?
No, you do not need a Fresh air Valve. The Villa is designed to perform well even with just the air supply coming from your windows and doors. Adding another fan will cause issues and may create a vacuum effect.
Can you lead the ventilation pipes to a chimney stack?
This is only recommended if the chimney stack is no longer in use and if there is a plastic used within the chimney stack. It is not recommended to lead the airflow freely in the chimney stack since moisture from the bathroom may destroy the mortar joints.
Do you need to insulate the ventilation pipes of the Separett Villa?
No, you do not need to insulate the Ventilation Pipes. The Villa is built with a condensation water collector, which leads the water to the urine outlet.
Do you need a Trap for the Urine Outlet of the Separett Villa?
You do not need one in most cases. You only need one if the odor from your wastewater system gets through the toilet room.
Is it okay to use the Separett Villa without the Fan?
It is not recommended to use the Separett Villa without the fan. Without the Fan, unpleasant odor will build up and flies may lay eggs on the solid waste container. With the fan on you can prevent all these and waste also dries better and faster.
How to clean the Separett Villa?
The Solids container for the Separett Villa can be cleaned like any other plastic container. Make sure to use non-corrosive substances when cleaning your Separett Villa Toilet.
