Overview
The REDARC SBI12-LLD Load Disconnect Isolator is a microprocessor-controlled load disconnect device designed for LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery systems. It helps protect lithium batteries from excessive discharge by automatically disconnecting auxiliary loads before the battery reaches its internal protection threshold.
Once the battery voltage recovers to a suitable level, the isolator automatically restores power. Built-in surge protection helps reduce the risk of voltage spikes affecting connected vehicle electronics.
