Featuring a height-adjustable main grate, an additional secondary grate over the firebox, and integrated S-shape meat hooks, it offers a true 360° Santa Maria-style experience. Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, it comes equipped with firebrick insulation, drainage system, front firebox door, and a right-side elevation wheel.
