Our BBQ28SS Santa Maria grill is a true masterpiece, made entirely of 304 stainless steel for unmatched durability and performance. Designed for open fire enthusiasts, it offers five different cooking areas including a clamp grill, interchangeable griddle, roofing grill, and a secondary grate — all regulated by a Santa Maria style elevation system. With over 2,600 square inches of grilling surface, this unit allows you to master multiple techniques at once. The firebox with brasero ensures fast and efficient coal ignition, while firebrick-lined panels preserve heat and extend product lifespan. Includes poker, shovel, and essential accessories. Base and cabinets sold separately.
