Product Description

Literally something unique. The BBQ02SI delivers the pinnacle of Argentine grilling — built in heavy-duty black cold-rolled steel, with all food-contact elements in 304 stainless steel. It offers 6 grilling zones including a clamp grill with independent elevation, swivel griddle, and dual warming racks. Also features a firebox, firebrick insulation, built-in roof, doors, side table, and full gaucho-style controls.

Our SI models, like any grills made from cold-rolled steel, are prone to rusting, especially in areas exposed to the highest heat, such as the firebox. This issue is more common in regions with high humidity.

Due to the nature of this material, the BBQ may develop:

  • Surface rust (oxidation)
  • Heat discoloration
  • Patina over time

These are natural and expected characteristics, not defects, and do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the grill.
