Tagwood BBQ Santa Maria Grill | BBQ03SI | 4 Cooking Zones | Cold-Roll Steel + 304 SS
The BBQ03SI is part of our Chief Series and one of our most requested grills. Featuring a unique all-black finish, this model delivers full Santa Maria functionality with a heavy-duty frame made of 1/8” cold-rolled steel, painted with heat-resistant coating. All food-contact elements (grates, griddle, meat hooks) are crafted in 304 stainless steel, ensuring premium grilling performance. Comes with a firebox brasero, foldable side table, front door, and four grilling zones: main grate, secondary grate, griddle, and meat hooks.

Our SI models, like any grills made from cold-rolled steel, are prone to rusting, especially in areas exposed to the highest heat, such as the firebox. This issue is more common in regions with high humidity.

Due to the nature of this material, the BBQ may develop:

Surface rust (oxidation)
Heat discoloration
Patina over time

These are natural and expected characteristics, not defects, and do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the grill.
