What is your Return Policy?

At Venture Beyond, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@venturebeyond.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Product Description

The MONT Growers Edition Greenhouse is the ideal greenhouse designed for crops that require a lot of light in a private and secure setting. Riverstone Industries' commercial electric exhaust fan system with built-in louvers and commercial thermostat all help control the temperature inside of your MONT Growers Greenhouse.

The Growers Edition is standard with 8mm twin-wall roof and wall panels that are light diffusing. These panels create a more even light flow into the greenhouse creating a glow instead of a light beam effect for more even light distribution for a longer period of time. The light-diffusing panels also offer a higher level of privacy, just 8 inches away and you cannot see into the greenhouse. The panels are designed for crops that require an even light flow for long periods of time.

Other features included in this package including a folding workbench system, a drip irrigation system (customized up to 48 dripper heads) with a programmable timer, and a 17,000 BTU commercial heater with a built-in thermostat, and dual automatic roof vent openers.

For the avid growers, there is also an optional Genesis LED grow light system that covers a 4ft x 4ft section as well as an evaporative cooling system designed as air conditioning for the Growers Edition greenhouse.

The twin-wall polycarbonate acts as a double pain window keeping the cooler air in during warm months and insulating the greenhouse from cold air in the wintertime. This makes the MONT Greenhouse more efficient to grow for those who want to grow year-round.

At 7ft 6in tall at the peak, the MONT's above average interior height design also helps with displacing heat within the greenhouse while also allowing for the tallest gardeners not to have to bend down when inside the greenhouse.

MONT Greenhouse has a 15 year warranty on the frame and polycarbonate, the strongest warranty in the industry. For the gardener that is looking for a quality greenhouse system that will supply years of hassle-free indoor gardening, this is the greenhouse for you.
